From a first brief to a first order.
A look at what actually happens when a buyer contacts us. Real steps, real timelines.
- Step 01
Tell us what you're sourcing.
Category, style, target price, order size, timeline, and whether you need custom options. The more specific, the faster we can come back with something useful.
- Step 02
We turn it into a supplier brief.
We translate the request into something a manufacturer can quote against and check availability with the right factories in our network. Most initial requests are reviewed within one business day.
- Step 03
We come back with options.
Usually two to five business days, depending on how specific the request is and how quickly supplier details come back. For each option we confirm the practical details up front: pricing range, MOQ, lead time, materials, customization, sample availability, and shipping terms.
- Step 04
We move it forward if there's a fit.
That can mean arranging a supplier call, clarifying specifications, requesting samples, or organizing the information needed for a first order.
We don't pretend every request is instantly available. The goal is to make sourcing clearer, faster, and easier to evaluate before you commit.
